The Carpet Giant Team
We’re a friendly bunch at Carpet Giant, and we pride ourselves in putting our customers first in everything we do. If you want to speak to any of the team for a free quotation or some advice on your latest project, don’t hesitate to contact us.
James - Director
James joined carpet giant from university when it opened in September 2003. He helped in the early stages to stock out the shop, this was tiring work! There were 1000s of carpets to put in place to fill the huge showroom. James is based in the shop. He has a young family, so ideally placed to advise on flooring to cope with a modern lifestyle.
Daniel - Director
Bringing a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the team, Daniel and his family have been involved in carpets and flooring for over 40 years. With excellent customer service and a dab hand on the edging machine, Daniel is a man of many skills who always puts our customers first.
John - Sales/Estimating
John is a very experienced carpet estimator. He will visit our customer's home or office and provide recommendations to ensure a perfect job from start to finish. If you ask for our free home measuring service, John will be the one to arrange it for you.
Mark - Sales
Mark has been with us since October 2016 and brings a great wealth of experience to the team. With 36 years of experience in the industry, including managing a flooring department, he is a fantastic asset to the team.
Colin - Sales/Estimating
Colin's background is as a carpet and vinyl fitter. His hands-on experience is a valuable asset when assisting customers with flooring options. Colin deals with many enquiries from repeat customers who are happy with our work and keep coming back for more.
Dave - Sales
New, young, and enthusiastic, Dave has been with Carpet Giant for 4 years. In May 2017 he will be receiving the Flooring Guild Certificate, ensuring his place as an expert in the field.
Jenna - Administration
Jenna joined the Carpet Giant team in September 2016 and does a great job helping to upkeep ordering, general administration, and stock management throughout the showroom.
